Cookies
The four things this site stores in your browser, and not one of them is for advertising.

What is set, and why
| Name | What it does | Life | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you signed in. Set by Supabase when you log in; without it every page would ask again. | Until you sign out, refreshed as you browse | Not required — strictly necessary |
| delicately.locale | Remembers whether you read the site in English or in French. | One year | Not required — a preference you set yourself |
| crisp-client-… (local storage) | The support chat: keeps your conversation attached to you between visits, so an answer reaches the person who asked. | Six months | See below |
| __cf… (Cloudflare) | Set by Cloudflare on the storage domain to keep the network up and to tell a browser from a bot. | Up to one year | Not required — strictly necessary |
There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie, no tag manager, no social plugin and no third party reading anything across other sites. We do not measure your visit.
The chat widget
The support chat is provided by Crisp, a French company hosting in the Netherlands. It loads on the site and writes an identifier to your browser’s local storage so that a conversation survives a reload.
It loads on page load rather than on click, which means it is set before you have asked for support. If you would rather it did not, block it in your browser — nothing else on the site depends on it. We are changing this so the widget only loads when you open it.
Staying in control
Every browser lets you see, refuse and delete what a site has stored, under Settings → Privacy. Refusing the sign-in cookie means you cannot stay signed in; refusing the others costs you nothing but the preference they remember.
Clearing your browser’s site data for this domain removes all of it at once.
